Friday’s Afternoon Delight: FRESH FRUIT SALAD

I’ve been lately at the office of the administration of the local port authority to follow up some things. After that, I really need some refreshments because it’s too hot outside while the sun at its peak. So I dropped at the nearby café I ordered a bowl of fresh fruit salad there. Those are combinations of colorful fruits in usual cream and milk dressing. It’s delicious and nutritious too. It’s similar in the photo above which was prepared few days after New Year celebration. It’s more than enough for single serving but I ate them all. Do you like to eat fresh fruit salad?

If you do not have time to prepare, just order it in the restaurant in your place that serves the same. I paid 150Php for a bowl of salad and I think it's worth the price.

If i have a choice , i would like my salad to be all fresh. However, if i do that it will make me.incur a lot of money. So, i always settle to just buy those in the foodcourt because anyway, they are really all fruits and delicious.

You are very true about that. If you prepare it for yourself, your not just spending extra cost for the ingredients but you are also preparing more servings than you need. Welcome back.

@ZedSmart Thanks. I had been busy. . . bereavement week for my father-in-law's demise then a lot of documents to be audited ,signed and concerns to be decided upon when I came back formally yesterday.

That's great Ms. Anna and it's better if we are the ones who prepare our food because we can be so sure that it was properly handled and prepare.

I haven't try this but I think it's worth trying knowing the benefits of pure honey.
