How do you like to drink your coffee? Drinking it hot may be more beneficial

The latest research shows that drinking hot-brewed coffee might actually deliver more antioxidants than its cold-brewed one. Which is a good news for those who are fond of that steaming morning mug of coffee. Although coffee’s pH levels (measure of it's acidity/alkalinity) are similar at both temperature, hot coffee had more total titratable acids (also referred to as “total acidity”) — which, according to researchers, is the likely reason behind its higher antioxidant levels.

cold-brewed coffee is ground coffee steeped in cold water and strained. I dislike the taste and this brew is full of caffeine, because the quickest the water passes through the coffee the least caffeine you have in your cup. This is the reason why Italian Espresso is the healthiest coffee.

@youless For me, I will say it depends on my good. On a hot, summer afternoon, I would rather have a cold coffee.

@banksim Me too. At the moment I am having a hot, masala chai with ginger.

@amirev777 That is very interesting. I haven't heard that before. Though it's really hard to keep up with what's good for us and what isn't because it seems to change all the time.

@VivaLaDani13, Yes you are right - it's really hard to keep up with what's good for us and what isn't.
