It's Lincoln Alexander Day

It may be Martin Luther King day in the states, but in Canada it's Lincoln Alexander Day. He was the first Black Canadian to be elected as Member of Parliament in the House of Commons, to be appointed as Cabinet minister and to be appointed as Lieutenant Governor for Ontario. He achieved other accolades as well. He was born on this date in 1922, and died in 2012.

They two's days happen to be the same day ! Lincoln Alexander must have done lots of good things for people,thus his name went down in history.
