If you have something better than what people have at their homes like a super fast connection and units that are also fast designed for gaming I think customers would pass it by word of mouth. Location is also very important.

maybe print out flyers and distribute or post around the neighborhood? maybe create a facebook page?

The internet should be the easiest way i think. Make a page on facebook and Instagram about it.

Print up a lot of flyers with the rate and the speed, what ever else you offer and leave them at local hotels and backpackers. Maybe do a deal with the desk clerk, ask him to write his name on each flyer and you kick him back a tip for every customer he sends over with the flyer. Since people looking for you are only going to be local do a FB boost add and target a specific age group only in your suburb. Its very very cheap. Offer a small discount to anyone who mentions the add to see if it works or not. If there is a bar or club that gets very busy maybe spend a night putting flyers under the car's windscreen wipers. See if the local car hire place will let you put flyers on their counter When ever you go into a McDOnalds or a KFC leave 5 or 6 flyers on the tables. DO a deal with the local Laundromat tell them you'll leave their flyers on your counter if they will do the same. Both of you are after the same customer, the vistor to the area.
