What family traditions do you have?

January 22, 2019 4:41am CST
Family traditions are unique representations of every family. Since we've come into different places worldwide, I'm pretty sure we have our different family traditions too. Mine was having dinner with my family once a month. It is just the simple and normal tradition but I am happy with it.My siblings com from different cities but we travel to have dinner or celebrate parties together. Being together every christmas and new year days. How about you mylot friends? Do you have family traditions too? I'm sure everybody have it very unique.

In the Philippines, there's a lot of traditions, like when someone eating on the table, don't try to leave the house or something will happen. If the spoon or fork falls to the ground, someone is gonna visit you.

We barbeque every January first at our back yard starting at lunch time up to past midnight, we do that every year except this year cause there was a typhoon so we stayed indoor and barbecued in the garage.

Oh, It's good to know you're safe despite of the typhoon that have passed over your place. Barbeque is fun. Missing doing that with my family. It's been a year since we had our barbeque with my family.

When I was a youth growing up, my family and I would all eat supper together six days out of the week, not just once in a while.

That's wonderful that your family stays connected. I guess our main tradition is that our children and grandchildren come for our Christmas Eve dinner, then spend the night and we open gifts the next morning.

In this Modern world, people are forgetting their family tradition. Because social media change everything in societies know a day's people are following social trends, not a family tradition
