Fufu Local Food

Fufu is a traditional food for the people of northern Ghana. It is been prepared from boiled yam or cassava and pound in a mortar a into a dough-like consistency. It is eaten with rough hands, i mean with your fingers without spoon. This food is very delicious. I don't joke with it, so it my number one star food. I bet you, unless you taste it your self !!!!
