It has been a while back having this. Mike done a fabulous job in making this. So good. @amadeo Ahaha. Well, it's one of Filipino dishes, where there is chicken or pork, potatoes and carrots, and red bell pepper. Something like this Fredo.

It is correct that cacciatore means hunter in Italian and we call this "Pollo alla cacciatore" that means "chicken hunter's style". It's very good.

Someone else had posted about making this recently, and now I'm wondering if the universe is telling me to make some soon, even if the kids will hate the peppers and mushrooms (they can pick them out!). It would be a great slow cooker dish that I could make with chicken leg quarters.

@amadeo lol. To me a ziti IS a noodle. But that's just me. Macaroni, ziti, penne, rotini, spaghetti, fettucine, angel hair, they are all noodles to me.

No chicken on Thursday. I will prepare the chicken tomorrow. Today only veg items are there as my hubby went on to a small city named Kharagpur at early morning. I was on school with my kid. My father-in-law looked after his wife. So he couldn't move to the market.
