About 12 narcotics officers, along with several policeman officers, had gone to a residence where police suspected drugs were being sold. The narcotics officers announced themselves as they knockedon the front door shortly before dark Then, the gunfire started. People around ducked for cover as shots flew.. After opening the front door to the home the officers came under fire from one or two suspects inside the house. One suspect ran to the back of the room, the police chief said, then re-emerged and again returned fire. Four officers were struck by gunfire, A fifth officer suffered a knee injury. Police returned fire, killing two suspects at the scene, the police chief said. The suspects name have not been told yet.. All policeman are expected to live. When will the violence end?
