Good morning, friends. I´m so happy to have my eyes back! I have my eyelids (and my eyes) beyond my wildest dreams and I see much better. Now I can understand that that the doctor will not give me a new prescription for glasses until next month. I have to wear sunglasses everywhere and put some drops 3 times a day (artificial tears). But all is well that ends well. I am now making other kind of lists. What to put in my suitcase for my trip to Ciudad de Mexico (I´ll take my bigger suitcase because I want to buy several items), and I´m reading online about traditional Mexican food to eat there. Mexican food is a lot more than tamales, tacos and tortillas, as you know. And I will also try to earn more this month to make up for next moth when I´ll be away. Plans for next month, friends?

I do. I quit smoking some years ago to spend that money on holidays.

Mexican food is delicious, tortillas and tacos are almost a "tourists thing". I like beef or chicken fajitas, carne guisada, stuffed peppers, Mexican paella, caldo de mariscos... they have very good food.

I was once invited to stuffed peppers in Ciudad de Mexico to celebrate their Independence Day. They were delicious.
