I Love Making Chicken Nuggets for My Niece

One of the menus I often make is chicken nuggets. Yes chicken nuggets. This unhealthy but very tasty food is often made by me. The reason is because it's much cheaper to make it yourself and I can put vegetables in the batter so that my niece can eat it. She really doesn't like vegetables. These chicken nuggets help enough to make her want to eat vegetables. Indeed, at first it was rather lazy to make it and very troublesome, but after seeing my niece eagerly eat and she did not realize there were vegetables in the mixture, I became diligent in making it. For dough, I only use simple ingredients such as chicken fillets, garlic, onions, tofu, pepper, and a bit of salt. And for vegetables, I put carrots, mushrooms cauliflower, and chicory. I did not include broccoli because the green color was quite striking even though I had cut into small pieces. But I think the material is quite 'healthy'. How about you?
