Do you soak your feet in warm water?

Well I am doing this right now because my feet are so cold and a bit itchy because they had been wet for hours. Soaking them in warm water with salt gives comfort to me. It removes the itchiness and i feel great. Do you also do the same thing there?

Oh yeah, when your feet are super covered they are stressed. Warm water is the solution.

@hereandthere i can wash the dishes but when i do the laundry wetting my feet all the time, or cleaning the house with wet feet, they sometimes get itchy and mind you i wear slippers and the floor are clean not soiled or what. No idea why. Thats why i dont like walking on foot. They get itchy even if the floor is not really dirty

@Janet357 Yaa.. but too much of pampering yourself is not a good habit.. :) here it is not that cold, so we can do without that..

I have not tried at home. But was able to experience it when I had a massage. They soaked it first.

When my feet hurt they go into a tub of water with Epsom salt in it.

Yoy may try ms. Val. It is soothing. Here, the spas wash our feet with warm water with lemon in it before they massage us. It feels great.
