You know what they say about the best laid plans and all that rot. Yeah, I had the best of plans to take some pictures to use here on myLot. My batteries apparently are dead. I have tried every AAA battery in the house and for some reason I cannot bring my camera to life. So in an hour or so the hubby will be taking a ride to Dollar General and picking up so Eveready batteries for me. I hope it is the batteries and not the camera causing the problem. Anyway, I will still try to take picture, if I can. I guess that is what happen when you buy a cheap camera. So, how is your day going? I hope better than mine.

@HazySue That is different. So do they have special batteries for it that you can buy somewhere?

@Nevena83 We had a wooden stove that kept our little camp up north warm and toasty.

Yeah I remember your post yesterday about not being a good photographer. Hope you still can take pictures as soon as the battery arrives.

We have rechargeables now. They are much more expensive of course but they do last a long time.

@HazySue Do you have a battery charger? I don't know if they last longer each time but you can recharge them over and over.

We have many types of batteries. I have been advised to use a certain type for wall clocks, remotes etc - siva
