back to work on wednesday..whee..not

so i might not be around as much..i know i'm gonna be tired when i get home. every year we get 5 weeks off,so the inn can fix whatever needs done. ..kinda like a mini vacation. usually,it's cool.but i lost 8 days of enjoyment this year because of the gas line going out on the island.no fun to be had when you're staying in bed because it's 47 degrees in your house. but anyway..my boss called me to tell me what the schedule is-and said due to the gas outage,we had damage at work.i guess some pipes burst due to the cold,and messed up 4 rooms. i can't wait to see this mess. we were to get new carpets in my section,but i guess now it's not in the budget. *sigh*.another year of the vaccuum grabbing carpet threads and getting bound up. oy. what're you gonna do tho.
