down with the cold

I have finally caught it. My office mates had it, my parents had it, and now it is my time At least only one of my nose is clogged. I've been drinking water and took some medicine only. how are you guys today?

It means your immune system is low. I hate having a cold so I usually prevent myself from getting one by taking lots of vitamin C. But no I don't take a pill for my vitamins but I drink lemon infused water everyday.

Same here. I have the cold, too. But I feel lucky, because it is just a cold and not the flu.

@Hannihar no, it is sunny outside so we have the air condition inside the office. Sometimes they even put it too low, so it is very cold

@lady1993 Is it cold where you are? Do they put air conditioning on the office and I bet it will be cold with it.

I have been lucky to avoid any colds lately. I think it helps that I take a zinc supplement. It seems to protect me. Get well soon!
