Masturbation ........Sin / Not ?

Got asked by a friend during an argument whether masturbation is a sin or not because it's not talked about in Holy Books but the guy was saying its a personal way of avoiding fornicating.
What do u guys tink cos personally am not in support of selfish service...

It is not a sin but thinking lustfully is sin. We should not be obligated to our own flesh. It is a concern that needs to be controlled. It is good to struggle but do not surrender to our flesh.
