I Feel Like Making Dreams Come True

I want to make dreams come true, not just for myself but for others. I dream of what I could do if I won the Lottery. That would surely be a blessing. If I won a few million I would help the children's hospitals, animal shelters cancer, heart, and anything else I could. I would, of course keep enough for me to live comfortably for the rest of my life. I would also help my family members. What would you do if you won the lottery?

We already donate to a variety of meaningful charities. If I won, I would see our tax attorney, accountant, and our son, the attorney.

@HazySue Some of those on TV we do donate to, but some I don't trust. I do donate half my myLot earnings to one of our favorite charities monthly.

I would love to do some traveling, pay off my house. I don't need a better or fancier one just would like this one paid for. I would also set up some kind of fund so my special needs son would always be taken care even when I pass on

I think you have your heart in the right place. I would think of the special needs child first and the house being paid off and then myself just the way you are.

I'll do the same; give some to relatives and to charity; to the poor who deserve it; and have some student scholars so they can help their families.

I would do similarly. I would tithe to two churches and maybe some charities in town and others relating to family health issues. I'd pay off all debt including my mortgage and set enough aside to live on, or invest. I'd also give money away to family first because they helped me out when we had the need for the past ten years and then to friends too. Then, I'd pray to help out anyone else, but not those that came looking if they heard about my win, unless I knew it was right. I might set up some type of trust fund to help those in dire circumstances. It would go fast if you don't pay attention to how it's spent. I would also possibly publish my husband's book.

@HazySue He wrote a suspense/murder mystery type and we have people that read it before it was edited as he wrote it and have been waiting for the final copy since then.

Good question. Donate some to charity. Spend some on a spree and have a makeover at a spa day, save the rest into savings.

@HazySue Maybe. I do miss the condo I lived in a decade ago. I'm fine with my apartment though. I wouldn't mind moving one with a pool--not the one next door, which was my last place I looked at. The pool is only 3 feet deep.
