I will take some tea and coffee to my holiday.

My daughter Claudia just called me. She has been having serious problems in her neck and arm and yesterday she went to a doctor who asked her for some exams. It seems that she could even have a pinched nerve or two in her neck. I will not imagine what will be the outcome of this until she takes the results of the exams to the doctor tomorrow. But we have talked and she said she was not going to cook in Mexico to spend less money. I agrees. But I will take some tea and coffee because I can make a cup of something before going out. Any ideas?

It has to be treated, but it was less serious than what I thought.

It does sound like it could be a pinched nerve. I'd get lots of fruit. So nice to snack on.

We will go to the market in Ciudad de Mexico (BEAUTIFUL!) and I´ll buy fruits to have at night while we talk. I´m taking a good knife inside my suitcase.

Why not to buy coffee in Mexico? I have heard that they have excellent coffee there. Bring with you some dry biscuits to have with coffee.

I hope the results show that she can get rid of the neck sore by taking some pills.

She went to the doctor and he gave her some pills. She will have to have therapy when we are back. But he said it was mostly stress so that Mexico was the perfect thing to do.

@marguicha Yay well, seems like getting away is the medicine that she needs. I hope once the trip is over she feels better.

No, not really. If there are no cooking/heating facilities in the hotel you are a bit stuck.
