How do you like your eggs?

I’m not much of a breakfast person, but when I do eat eggs I like them hard boiled by themselves. With a dash of salt and pepper.
I can never seem to make the shell come off easy. I have a egg timer that goes in the pot with the eggs and I then transfer them into a bowl of ice water when they are done. Peeling eggs is not my specialty!

How can I forget deviled eggs and egg salad?!!! My favorites too!

I have to be careful because I do have an egg allergy, and I don't know where the "line" is that'll provide a reaction. Generally I like omelets, and in my middle age I tend to get them made with egg whites now.
