I am back but not yet well

Hi everyone. I am so sorry I was not here for a long time. I was traveling and in the middle of my travel I was sick. In fact, I am still recovering from my asthma.
I was in Bohol in the Philippines with my sister, my cousin and my nieces for 6 days. We have lived in a resort in the middle of the chocolate hills. We have climbed more than 200 steps just to see the top of the chocolate hills.
We have visited the Tarsiers, the smallest monkey in the world, the Mag-aso Falls and many other tourist spots.
It must have been a tiresome travel up and down the steps of some tourist spots that my lungs weaken. It started with a fever, on and off. The rest days of the travel, I was in hotel bed while my family where exploring Panglao, the "Boracay of Bohol".
The travel home with a shaking lite ferry for 7 hours was horrifying as well. The travel was fantastic though I was sick. We arrived home safely. Since then, I am still recovering. Not long from now I am back to Germany again.
So, how was Mylot while I was away?

Good to hear from you again Ms. Thelma but sorry to know you got sick and did not fully enjoy your Bohol trip. Was there no Fastcat for the ride home? I've heard that it's fast and clean.

@sunrisefan yes, I suppose it is. I wouldn't travel to Bohol by lite ferry again. I will do it by plane next time.

@DianneN thanks. I will be seeing my doctors soon in Germany. I have my illness records there with my doctors. I don't like to start having check ups here in my home country and other laboratories which are not necessary. I don't know any doctors here. So it is better for me to have a check up again in my second home as they have my records for more than 30 years living in Germany. It is cheaper for me that way.

That sucks to get sick on a trip. A few years ago I went to Las Vegas with my fiance and I got sick while we were there.

Yes, it has spoiled my holiday a little. The last days was only strolling at the white beach at night and day time anyway which I was not able to do. So it was not so bad at all. All the sightseeing tours were done before I got sick. I was still lucky. Thanks @JudyEv.

I hate when that happens. You want to enjoy your trip but there is always that something that wants to ruin it. I hope you feel better and enjoy the rest of your trip.

Luckily, we have done all the sightseeing tours before I got sick @Coffeeman970 The last few days in our vacation was only relaxing and strolling around in Panglao beach but I was not able to. Never mind . I can still go back to that place but next time with a plane.

Yes, I am sure it was a travel fatigue @allknowing. Too much sightseeing tours n a day.

I am sure I was so tired @SIMPLYD. Yes, I have to think of how old I am before making some trips. I am actually fond of walking but I think too much climbing the stairs up and down the viewing sight of a beautiful spots in a day was too much for my lungs. I think I have climbed more than 400 steps in that day including going up and down the Mag-aso Falls in Bohol.

I think that was my last travel here in the Philippines. I have to be healthy for my travel home to G. @hereandthere.
