which is more important, the physical attributes or the personality of ones person?

I think personality. Looks fade just like a rose. Good to look at but sooner or later it will wither.

I think you have to initially be attracted to the person, but in the long run the personality is most important. If you marry that person, their looks aren't going to get you through the rough spots of marriage & kids...

The personality is more important in the long run. Looks catch attention, but if there's no personality behind the face, the infatuation ends. At least, that's what happens to me when I see a good-looking girl who's really shy and/or appears to have nothing in her head.
