I snack most all day, with very little sugar, pre-diabetic, have just about given up sugar except at meals, then sparingly

@JWMILLER thats a problem to me too, im not fond of sweets but i cant help eating some sweet foods sometimes

I never get up early, except for something really important, but my wife does. I usually get up at about 8:00
