Mushroom calamari

My mushrooms were.finally harvested. And i deep fried them . Not the healthiest option but it was delicous indeed.

We don't cook mushroom like that. But it seems that Japanese will deep fried the mushrooms, too.

i grew them from a box i bought from my friend. I just watered it and all.
