yes. there are a lot of educational cartoons nowadays. nickelodeon has lots of these programs every morning.

Children is the best follower. if they see you hit something they will follow you. yes.. when thet seen cartoons they will follow what they see on that cartoons.

Yes, I think so. Cartoons can educate children if they have some kinds of advices or situations that they advice that kids shouldn't try but they can be violent too as there are lots of fighting cartoons on tv nowadays... it depends on the kind of cartoons kids watch.

My daughter seemed to pick up language skills a lot faster from watching cartoons than anything else.

I think that some cartoons can educate children, cartoons like "Arthur" have a lesson learned in every episode. Cartoons like the teletubbies though, I don't think they have much of an educational value.

I think some can yes but it mainly depends on the language used and what cartoon it is on what they educate their children. If complicated language is used on a programme for 3 year olds then there not going to understand it and thus won't be educated via the cartoon.
