Do you wear make-up?

I use a light make-up every day to go to work, basically I wear a foundation, blush, mascara, a moisturizing lipstick and that's it.
I have a collegue that she wears so much make-up that she looks like she is going to a party every day, today morning she had a personal problem and cried, what rolled down her face were not tears, it was makeup 
after that she went to the bathroom and get out with lots of make-up on her face again, which means that she carries her make-up with her 
I don't know if she has a skin problem and all the make-up could be a strategy to cover, but I just don't have time to look so perfect every day.

When I was younger I did wear a little makeup but these days I only wear moisturizer and if I am dressing up, lip gloss.

@nela13 I agree with you, all types of weather conditions dry up the skin so it must always be hydrated and moisturized.

All the make up I wear is a light lipstick and if I have to wear something else that would be an eyeliner. That is all the make up I wear when I go outside. I am okay with people wearing make up but I do not understand why someone will wear party makeup for office.

I have always worn a small amount of make up every day. Even when I am at home I wear a bit. I like to wear a bit of blush and a blending facial powder to even out my tones. When I go out I always wear a lip stain, I don't tend to wear that if I am at home all day. I also always wear a perfume, and my husband always wears a cologne. We don't go out without that.

I modeled and also taught modeling, so I know how to apply makeup properly. I only wear moisturizer and a light lipstick when exercising, which I do every day. (Nobody looks good with a fat behind and makeup! lol).
At home I wear moisturizer, eye cream, a touch of blush, eyeliner, and a light lipstick.
When we go out, I wear all that, a liquid foundation, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, blush, lipliner, eyebrow pencil, and a few secret items. lol
And we go out often!

I have been a make up fanatic since I was 17 years old and I am now 57 and I still wear make up almost everyday. Lighter when I report for work just a foundation, lipstick ,eyeliner, eyebrows. On special events I don on a heavier make-up.

@nela13 we both started young. Maybe that helped why I have no wrinkles at 57.

maybe since she wears them every day, she can do it fast every time. but me, i wouldn't want to carry all that stuff in my bag every day.

I like to wear make up, a little more when we go out, but still not an awful lot. As we age, "less is more."
