What med do you use for your headaches

headaches are of different types and are caused due to different reasons.headache can be mild , moderate and severe.it can be sinus, migraine, due to stress or too much of tension, anemia, acidity ......... and many more. i try to go on home remedies like i make a mixture of a quarter teaspoon of clove powder in 1 teaspoon in cinnamon oil.then apply this mixture on the place of pain. i also heat 1 teaspoon of almond oil and when it cools down put 2 drops in each nostril. wrap a wet cloth around my neck. go and sit out in an airy atmosphere, change my atmosphere a bit. go out for a walk.

Usually I'll first try putting bengay on my temples, forehead and back of neck. If that doesn't work I'll try Excedrin or Tyelnol, whichever I have here at the time. If it's a full blown migraine though I'll take midrin and hide away in my room until it's gone.

I never have headaches but I do suffer occasionally migraines. I use Migraleve or Migratil. All I need to do when I feel the symptons of the migraine coming on is to pop one in the mouth and within 15 minutes the migraine is gone.

i only apply balms.

i use planax. it only takes seconds to work.

I use Advil Migraine but if that doesnt work I take my Maxalt prescription.
