Low Threshold of Frustration.

I believe I suffer from a low threshold of frustration. When I have things piling up, and I'm starting to cope with them, if something else bad happens, I quit dealing with anything and fall asleep or something. Obviously, this is a bad characteristic of my personality. Do any of you have a means of coping with my pathetic problems?

I do the same thing.. But i know after i walk away and take a break from what ever frustrates me when i come back to finish it ..i have a better outlook and can see it differently .. I just take a deep breath and make it my goal to finish it. .. Making list always helps too because i feel ive accomploshed alot as i check off my check list ..and looking back at end of the day can be proud. Of the ones i did checked off i put the ones left on the start of next day check list .. To start it off .. I always give myself credit for the ones i have done big or small.. Check list are awesome help..

I was just about to suggest drink ice-cold water or rinse your face with tap water until i saw that you're also sick of winter. Have you tried psycho-therapy or counseling?
