It's National Ferris Wheel day

It has been many years since I have been on Ferris Wheel but I use to love it. I remember go up to the top and rocking the seat back and forth. It use to be fun to be on the ferris wheel when they were shooting off fireworks at the fair or who can forget that kiss with a special someone at the top of the Ferris wheel.
Do you or did you enjoy going on the Ferris Wheel? What is/was your favorite ride at the fair?

I don't enjoy the ferris wheel with its height. My children just learned about the ferris wheel and all about its invention in the late 1800's! They enjoyed learning all about it. =)

It's been years and years... I think mine was always the Tilt a Whirl... I wonder if it still exists??

I've been on the ferris wheel once or twice and hated it. As I'm afraid of heights, and falling.
My favorite ride would be a tie between the scrambler, the tilt o whirl, and the polar express (which is named different things for different places)

I haven't been on the Ferris Wheel in ages! It was fun though! I like the boat that went up and down....or the apples that spun around, and the swings....oh cant' forget the bumper cars!

I have been on a ferris wheel a few times. I'd absolutely love to go on the London Eye.
It's been a long time since I've been on a ferris wheel.

I didn't like a lot of the carnival rides when I was a kid, but the Ferris Wheel is one I could tolerate. Even though you get that feeling, my dad used to call it "lost your stomach," At least is doesn't spin you until you want to throw up. And, the view is always awesome from the top.
