real estate in bangalore

How is the real estate going in Bangalore ?? I am out of India for couple of years now and it was booming when i came out of Bangalore... DO you see that the prices are going to come down in near future or we should pick up another upcoming city for investments ?? Also, if you have some property that is on sale in Banglore, please post it here... I & few of my friends are looking to buy something in Bangalore...

prices - real estate prices at a rise
we tried lookign for some property in bangalore but the prices are too high.. and i believe its will keep on going high as more andn more tech companies move to the state..

Thanks for the info bro... I feel the same... The tech companies should go out of Bangalore... Then there is another question... if there is no body there why would i want to invest in bangalore... Its a brain tweaking stuff... Huh...
