Another terrorist attack in India

This is insane. I don't understand why people can't just prefer to stay in peace. There is so much violence everywhere. Innocent people get killed for no obviois reasons. Families of the dead are the ones who face the worst outcomes.
Do these attackers lack any kind of feelings? What is the underlying reason for their feelings of hatred?
