Working On My Puzzle

This is the puzzle that I started a few days ago. It is a 500 piece puzzle with little pieces. As you can see I have not made much progress. But, me being me, I will not be giving up. I placed the table and lawn chair in the Florida room. It is 15X13 foot room with windows covering three sides of the room. I will be doing some changes in that room. The walls will be painted a light color, I am not sure which one and the room darkening curtains must go. I want it to be light and airy not dark and cave-like. I haven't gotten any further than that in my planning. I don't know what furniture or décor I want in there. I briefly thought of putting a pub table with two chairs, light colored of course. Maybe a piece of white wicker furniture or two. What do you think?

@dya80dya I have a 1000 piece puzzle waiting for me to do after I finish this one. That puzzle is one I want to mount and hang on the wall.

@HazySue It all sounds interesting. I like airy rooms and lots of light. I know you are still in the planning stage. I would like to see it when it is done.

Your plans sound nice. As for the puzzle...if someone told me I had to finish that puzzle, you might as well go ahead and shoot me.

Is it dark to help keep the heat at bay? That's a nice big table for doing jigsaws.

@HazySue I always close our curtains on a hot day. It definitely helps keep a room cool if you keep it dark.

Oh, I Love doing puzzles! It's kind of difficult with cats around who like to "help", though, lol. I think you are absolutely right to change the curtains and the paint. The whole purpose of a Florida room is to be very sunny and open-feeling!

Cats can be quite a "help" with puzzles. I do want it to be a light and airy little sitting room.
