Happy Presidents Day in the USA

To all my friends here in the USA, may I wish you a Happy Presidents Day in honor of all of our past Presidents.
I do have the day off today because my school did not have as many storm days to make up as the local public schools thanks to us not having buses. This allowed us to have school on days when there was still too much water on the roads and other impediments to safely having the buses pick up children.
How am I spending my day off? I will be spending the first part of the day at Sam's Club getting new tires on my wife's car. I certainly can't complain about this. The original equipment tires on the car have lasted 64,000+ miles.
My original plan was to go down to Carolina (aka Buzby) Beach and practice my photography. I have decided to postpone this until a time of more pleasant weather.
I hope all y'all are doing well this Monday. What are your plans for today?

Happy good presidents day as long as we do not count current one. 
Its been bad weather and I heard about Buzby, never made. My friends and I in Marines could never drive far. Had to keep it local with how much we liked to drink.

@DWDavis We actually did I think twice but I got tired of lending people money and I was the rich one with 1500 saved on military salary and not an officer or NCO salary. It was a feat , many found amazing, but could have did even better but would be no fun without them. I can always budget money if they give a fair amount. These times in corporate world make no sense. Why we could not really then and to me was more than enough but you will never get everyone on the same page take a weekend off from partying. Corporate world you lucky to get one weekend a month of partying. The things we did not know yet.

i guess being a private school, all the students are driven by their parents. do the parents ever ask for class suspension if the weather is really bad?

I got a call from my great-aunt saying she made my hair cut appointment for Friday. I was supposed to get it done last Thursday, but my hairdresser was sick. I watched a cute movie (it wasn't funny though) a documentary on Netflix and an episode of Game of Thrones. I started listening to Mary Poppins Comes Back.

Happy Presidents Day to you. It is a holiday here in Canada too. It is Family Day. We will be going over to my daughter's for dinner. What better way to celebrate family day then spending it with family. Enjoy your day off.
