When I have something to talk about I will start a discussion, most of the them I will do responses.

I am doing a bit of both on my first day. I don't write or respond if I do not have anything insightful to say though. There are way too many short discussions and one word answers out there and that sort of thing does not appeal to me.

I do both. I respond to many more than I start but only because I take the time to check to make sure I'm not repeating a topic.

I prefer to reply... It's very difficult to create a new discussion... All good ones are already created!

I prefer to reply. I'm not very good in asking questions, no matter is it in real life or online. It's easy to find something to reply on my friends' page or in my interests.

like you i prefer to do both but i do seem to answer a lot more than i start. For me, I only start discussions when i have something to ask about. If i have a problem, i tend to deal with it amongst family and friends, if i have an academic question I will more often than not asl colleagues at work. So i tend to only launch discussions when i have a problem or issue that has been bothering me for some time and no definitive answer has been forthcoming from other avenues. good luck keep on posting

I enjoy doing both. When I have some questions in my mind, or wanted to hear the opinions of other people, then I start. But there's lots of interesting discussions too that I'd love to point out my views.

i really like to reply to discussions but not all of them, some posts are not my interrest or i do not know anything about them so i do'ne reply to those because i don't think i would do any good for anyone. i like to post also because i can ask my ideas and i get variuos answers to take decision or see things clear. :)

I loe to respond to discussions more than creating my own discussion... As i have a greaterchance of earning if i respond to a discussion... moreover the chances of getting a reply to my topic is minimal as compared to responding to a topic...

I like to respond more. I like to see it when one of my discussions takes off though.

I like replying because I can't think to many original topics myself lol. But I try because I do enjoy writing my own from time to time.

I perfer to reply to discussions instead of creating my own discussions, its easier for me to do, and i can be lazy! hehe, i guess you can call that laziness if you wanted, but yea...

i like doing both... sometimes by answering the discussion you'll get an idea on what discussion you want to post next
