A day without coffee

I really need at least one coffee every morning, today as I was hurried to not miss the bus that takes me to work, I forgot to take my morning coffee, now I have a headache that is killing me LOL. I will definitely have to get up earlier to have enough time for my morning coffee.

Sorry to hear you had a headache by missing your Coffee. I get them if I do not have much caffeine. Just remember to get up and make some or get the Iced Coffees you find in a store if they have them there

Coffee is LIFE indeed. But I'm planning to quit (for the nth time) due to health reasons..I've got high uric acid. I've Vegan. Been vegan for almost a year now and it helped me tremendously in terms of health. But I'm having a hard time to quitting it. I remember that I even wrote a post about me quitting coffee for 4 months. A month after that, I've gone backslide. Now shoot me

Good fot you friend, as you say coffe is good but also have some no beneficially properties. I sugest leave it in a progressive manner. Do not choife leave in one step Good luck friend

@herre01 I see no problem which can't be overcome. You can prepare coffee at home and take it in a thermos flask with you. It will stay hot the whole day.

yes my friend several cups of coffee a day is like to go to heaven and come to earth.....jejeje can't live without coffee, even if I don't drink it I for sure got a terrible headache
