What is the most beautiful thing you've ever seen? / myLot

The world is littered with a lot of beautiful things around us but I think that the most radiant beauty is invisible to the eye. I have witnessed a lot of good things around me and recently I have witnessed beauty when I volunteered to a summer camp and was assigned to help in preparing activities for the handicapped children. I saw a lot of happy kids looking at the world so positively despite their condition. The joy that I saw on their faces was so pure and innocent. Many of them were on wheelchairs but they acted as normal as anyone could be. They are really such an inspiration to me! Beauty indeed brings genuine joy and it made me feel that it is only right to say that being in the company of these kids was the most beautiful thin I have ever seen in my life.

One of the most beautiful things I've ever seen was our grandson when he was born weighing only two and a half pounds. He had tubes all in him in NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) and I cried when I saw him. Today, he's a healthy tall teenager.

@cherigucchi I'd always heard that being a grandparent was the best thing in the world and it really is! There's just something so special about those grandbabies. Hope you'll be blessed with some soon.

@1creekgirl I know that because I have heard stories from friends and relatives. But my kids are still young and I do not think we are both ready for that.
