@florelway i see, did you have fever for today? for now i think you'll need more of rest for your body to recover. And then when you get to feel better, that will be the time for a regular exercise routine. Get well soon!

Thos is true. Because even if you dont have money, once you are healthy, you are wealthy. Unlike when you have lots of money and youmare always on medication, ewwss no way.

@daryld you,know just while am young, i really watch the food i eat because i dont like going to hospitals when i get old and take lots of medicines.

I agree with you. Especially today the medical charges can be crazy expensive. It can even lead a family broke. And good health can't be bought anyway.

I totally agree with you, being sick is more costly than maintaining a good health. And when chronic disease set in, it will be something that will eat all of your money and destroy your dreams. Thanks!

I am in the middle of reading Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter's book from 1987 in which they gave some very good advice about how to live longer. Since they are both in their 90s and doing well, it must have worked for them.

Nice that you have mention exercises as one factor, cause I like doing it alot besides running early in the morning everyday playing football is my favourite.

I agree, when you have a chronic disease like diabetes, heart disease and brain disease from stroke, you will not enjoy life anymore like when you were healthy
