I can't sleep. How do you sleep?

I have not slept at all. Finally, I gave up and got out of bed at about 6:30 AM. I think this will make for a very miserable day. Some nights are just like that for me. Do you ever have trouble sleeping? What do you do about it?

Many people have been having these issues for years. While we have all heard about lifestyle being part of the problem, it can also be hormones. Some fine melatonin helps. Look on YouTube for teas that might also help.

@norcal That's at least something. At least you have been able to catch up a bit on some sleep.

I know exactly what you mean. At least I do not have to get up at 6:30 every morning to go to work anymore.

I envy you. My husband could lay down on the floor anywhere and go to sleep. I hate him, not really, but it annoys me how easy it is for him to sleep.

Usually I just toss and turn but if all the traffic in my head keeps going, I might get up and do something. I might catch a nap next day. I'm sorry you didn't sleep.

Yeah there are times that I can't sleep so what I did is just make myself tired by watching movies and or I will drink a glass of milk for me to feel sleepy.

I could not nap if my life depended on it. If I am sleeping in the daytime, I am deathly ill.
