My last visit to Hong Kong and from my hotel room I took this picture of people practicing Tai Chi in the park. Apparently it's a form or martial arts, and if sped up can be lethal. The people practicing it though looked like they were in their 60's and 70's so not sure how lethal they would be. Sill it seems like a great alternative to the gym. Lots of fresh air, pigeons and hotel photographers :D.

I would visit Hong Kong one day if I ever get the opportunity. I like your discussions.

In the later years it's more a form of gentle exercise than any kind of lethal weapon!

I do my own version of it and I sincerely love it. It helps my mind and body tremendously with no effort.

I agree, the YMCA that I go to has that as an exercise but inside.
