Today morning an user here said that it is quote here these days. I did not believe this at that time but now I also feel the same. The level of activity is slow here at present. I know this happens at the start of every month and will gradually speed up. But i really don't like when things are like this.

Certain times of day are slower that others. It varies from person to person. Some say say it's busy when it is slow for me. You say slow now but busy for me.
