if you were advised by the professionals they should have known better. and if you are taking supplements for the missed nutrients i think there will be no problem.

I don't think this is even possible. We have dairy products in most of our daily life; Many snacks and Vegetable are in India where Milk products are necessary. Even Ice-cream needs it.

Why should one do that? Are dairy products bad for us or do they only make us fat?

@Lunali I think this doesn't become clear in your post. It reads as if it were advisable to cut dairy products. I can't imagine living without yoghurt, cheese and bijeli sir.

I love milk and other dairy products too much to do that.

All of it should not be removed. Calcium is important and that comes only through dairy products.

May I ask why you have to cut all dairy products from your diet? Are you lactose intolerant or something similar? (ah, just checked some replies you had there. So you are! Got it now. )

It all depends, if you take alternatives like plant based milk, other forms of milk that are not from Cows then you would be fine. We all need plenty of calcium and we still can get calcium without dairy products but it's harder.
