It was supposed to be a nasty night yesterday and it didn't happen. No Freezing Anything.
My snow is almost gone, I can see my sad grass all over the place. I hope to see green on my yard soon. Also looking forward to my Tulips. They are not showing much yet...
We are also seeing a lot of limbs around our house and in the ravine in the back we can see huge trees that have broken limbs - big limbs, most still hanging on other limbs so I won't be walking the ravine soon... we were under a wind warning for the last few days...
Looking forward to warmth and spring.

I'm getting older every year and every year I am sorry I live in a place where there is snow like it or not.. A lot of my friends just head south for winter and we do that too but mostly for just a month...winter is a lot longer than one month... Glad you liked the photos.

I am glad I left Minneapolis. Winter here in Jerusalem is full of rain and sometimes we get snow but not all the time.

It's gotten warmer here too and a good amount of the snow has melted. I'm looking forward to seeing green grass and flowers blooming. Spring is right around the corner!

I use photoscape, too on my computer and I use a different app on my phone which has many more designs for collages that I like. I wondered what your pictures were about.
I have limbs down in my back yard too, but will have to wait another month or two before I bring them to the road. I think the yards were icy too and I don't need to fall on any surface.

@PainsOnSlate There are places like that in our town too. I live in the city, and we put our limbs and leaves out to the road for pickup. Some of the neighborhoods that have wooded areas behind them opt to put their brush back there too rather than at the road.
I grew up with a wooded area behind our house and loved playing back there. I always wished we could have had the same for our kids.
I've been taking care of myself since I've barely gone outside since I've been off work. I did get some left over ice chunks out of our driveway since I have to leave early in the morning and didn't want to slip on them before leaving. I think I'll be fine for now.

@MarshaMusselman this house is our forever home. We bought it about 12 to 15 years ago. My kids were already out of the house but visit. I think my daughter is the only one who walked the trail, my boys don’t seen to care of walking in the woods...they did with me in our parks when growing up. Our snow is almost gone. Checked the weather and it is getting warmer every day....that makes me happy.

Taking care of you is more important than cleaning up the yard. We have tons of trees but I live on a ravine, the end of my land drops quite far to the bottom of the ravine, there is a stream going through it and there is a hiking trail I have used many times. We just drop the fallen wood down the ravine, It eventually disappears. We and our neighbours all dump their leaves over the hill too. Its mulch now....under the snow. Good to know someone else who uses photoscape.

We're starting to warm up here. The daffodils are in bloom and the tulip tree is about to burst forth.

@SophiaMorros I remember your name, I can only imagine how nice it must be in North Carolina right now. I grew up in upstate New York, college got me to Kansas, met my husband there, when we married we moved back to Kansas. Ended up in Canada because of his job. Love it here (except winter now that I can't ski) but we certainly like Canada, can't even imagine moving back to the US, now we've been here a long time, love my meds cost me $4.11 and medical is free..Looks like Trump is making it even more difficult for normal people afford to live there...

Yikes 10 days....I hope by then this mess that is in Ontario and the North East US is gone....please.... It really has been nasty. I will be thinking of you two heading home in 10 days. I will be sending safe trips to you while you do that.
We only have a few wineries here where I live....laughing, bottom left is Vineland Estates, Bottom right is John Howard Cellars of Distinction,The third with the Inukshuk, I can't remember which one, it in my area too...there must be over 100 right here...
