Pms sorry

I've read online this one thread that one guy posted. That they are allowed too to feel grumpy ,sad,not in a great mood every day. Reading that i realized,wow..really true.. As im writing this i have severe pms case whole day today ,and i realised it is true. I feel bad.. lol... When that pms strikes.. i wonder what guys think of us? When you put it in perspective .. i have never looked at it..that way..

Yep. I know. Like today? My mood from extremely happy to in sec.. . I wish they could have for one month pms and period to see what its like.

I wonder if there are any other women (besides me) who don't go through the whole mood thing. I mean due to hormones. Of course the pain from the cramps will make anyone cranky.

@Lunali Truly speaking, PMS is something that men have know idea about, they may try to understand or may be act that ways but real understanding isn't possible for them. Which is obvious because they don't go through.
