Dinner here at the school house mac n cheese.
Mike use a different type of cheese call Fontina cheese.
Wonderful taste much better than the American one.
This time he used shell macaroni which was excellent
Plenty of garlic.Good meal.

That is a good looking mac and cheese, I usually use a couple of types of sharp cheddar.

@amadeo I like to buy cheese ends from the grocery store and then you get a different mac and cheese every time.

I love mac & cheese and that really looks delicious. I use shells when I make mine too but never tried it with Fontina (usually use cheddar)
