Contact Lenses or Eyeglasses, what do you think would be the best to use?

@LadyDuck Hello there Ana. How are you? It's been a long time I was not able to interact here. I do miss some friends like you that I made here. so if you glaucoma you can't use contacts? Think as we grow older that problems regarding our vision comes as well. No matter how we are careful with our eyes there will be time that we need glasses or contacts. See you around.

@chavezrmc Hello, I am fine and I am glad to see you back. Glaucoma causes very dry eyes and the rise of eye pressure. If you put lenses you worsen the situation and it can be extremely dangerous. Glaucoma is not caused by aging.

@ShilfaLk that is exactly what I am thinking that contact lenses need more care. though I am considering it, need to think of the possibilities that when I have a problem it won't be easy getting it to a shop or the eye doctor as I am living far from the city.

@ShifaLk i have glasses.at moment just planning to thave the lenses. But I have to weight things before getting one.

@chavezrmc oh that is so. Maybe you can keep one pair of contact lenses and one spectacles / Eyeglasses , both

@May2k8 Lucky you. Take care of your eyes then. I really don't like eye glasses.

@cherriefic Any don't and do's in using contact lenses? Do I have to go to the optometrist from time to time? I'm scared of having some eye irritations.

@chavezrmc You have to get your eyes checked by an Optometrist to make sure it's okay for you to use one. You just need to make sure not to sleep on it especially if it's not the extended version.

@cintol I started using reading glasses first and after that I needed the glasses with grade. Most of the time I don't like it but I need to use it.

@chavezrmc Some days I feel I may have to switch over to the glasses as well, my eyes aren't what they used to be.

@sol_cee yeah I understand that and they told me I can choose what I want. In that case i ask some advice or suggestion from those who are using it allready

@Michellekidwell, thanks I am into glasses for th past 15 years and always forget it, lol Was just thinking I might try the contact lenses. But aside from the reviews I got online I am also thinking thinking to get some reaction from our community here.
