Do You Have Regular Time For Bed

United States
March 27, 2019 4:40pm CST
We hear so much about health and sleep and eating right. I was wondering if anyone here has ever made life changes like changing your sleep pattern, and found you are more healthy, or that you feel better. I cant keep up with all the things being sad about health issues today.

Every ones sleep is different. I stay up late easily. I have never been a morning person.

Anna, if I stayed up that late, I wouldn't be able to hardly function.

@popciclecold I have this routine from many years. Today I am a bit lazy, we changed the hour last night, so I got up one hour earlier.

Being retired gives me a relaxed bedtime. If I need to be up by a certain time, I will go to bed early to accommodate the appointment. Otherwise, I'm up until I'm too tired to keep my eyes open.

That's good, I need to do better, I love going to bed at 6pm, I like a long night, buy when I go to church on Wednesday night, it just messes me up.

@popciclecold That's a very early bedtime. I would be up by midnight if I went to bed that early.

I usually sleep when I am tired, no set time for anything around here really. Lol. We are a very laid back family. =)

My bed time varies. I wish that it could always be the same.

I used to be the type of person that stayed up late & always felt tired the next day. Now that I'm a parent I'm usually in bed by 10:00 because my daughter wears me out. I believe the more sleep you get the better you feel. I wish I could get more sleep than I do.
