what do you do before you to go to bed? / myLot

Are you the type that loves to do so many rituals? Or you just go to bed and thats it. Do you drink anything like coffee, wine or milk?

I listen to music & either read, like & share posts on my Facebook or play games. The latter two on my phone.

I never eat after dinner, except for water. I watch TV with my husband if we are at home, take a hot bubble bath, then climb into bed and watch a relaxing show for 30 minutes, then fall asleep. I try to shut off the TV before I fall asleep, but my husband winds up doing it.
