Have you ever run track and field?

What events did you do? I did the decathlon in college and I was pretty good at pole vault.

never, the game i remember playing when i was i highschool was "SIPA" a common Filipino game

I ran track in high school and in college. I mainly ran the 800m, but at some time or another ran from 200m-1500m.

We use to do that all the time when I was in grade school. Shot put was one of my favorites to do cause I was good at it. The other one was the 400 relay! We would do good in that too.

400 relay as in each of you run 100 meters or each of you run 400 meters? If you mean 100 meters then I will have to agree with you...but if you meant 400 meters per person you my friend are a crazy person. I used to have to run that each meet to stay in shape and it was horrible.

When I was in grade school I had to do track and field every year, I hated it actually. I would mostly participate in the running events
