It’s National Garlic Day! A day for garlic okay that’s cool. If you really like using garlic to cook with and stuff. I’m not a big garlic used it only ends up in pasta for the most part other wise only if what ever recipe I’m using actually tells me to use it then I use it. I’m more of an onion person. What about you, you a garlic loving user?

I really like garlic. I like the taste and scent of it when I am cooking. It's also very healthy. When I suffered early signs of hypertension, my doctor recommended garlic to me. I usually preferred garlic infused vinegar to be my sauce for any friend or roast dishes.

I hope it helps you. I’m not much of a garlic person so I don’t use it unless it’s in the recipe I’m using or I think it needs it. I’m more of an onion person.

I like both garlic and onion with ginger too. I get the jar ones just a dollar at Walgreens for an ounce of not quite minced garlic and ginger. I love adding to cooking vegetables for a bit of a different flavor. I love cutting up onions to add to my stir fries too.

I have to use fresh because of cross contamination. Lots of seasonings are done on the same line as tree nuts and gluten. I don’t use garlic mostly just onions.

Garlic has healing properties, as well. Against snake bites, garlic works well, sucking the poison out. It works well in lowering blood pressure.
