I put on my PJs or nightgown, take my night pill, put a glass of water on the night table and then I wash my teeth. At last, I put compresses on my eyes as the doctor said.

Good night. Sleep well. I do have a routine back home. But not on my vacation. I am just relaxing.. Not following any routine to sleep or eat. Just having fun. I will get back to routine once I am back home.
