Tae bo excercise does anyone do this workout?

I just got his contact workout stuff and I like it. The warm up thst he uses is great for the morning - its quick, easy and good for you, puts no stress on your body. I think the actual workout is great and it sure gets your sweating. Im not sure you can lose weight with it but rather tone and define some muscle. I would suggest it for sure and I enjoy it.
