Indecision chicken is marinating in the fridge

I have chicken breast tenders that I planned to make as a meal for my coworkers. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with them this evening but then I remembered Julia Turshen's recipe for Indecision chicken. I already had all of the ingredients on hand to mix up the marinade: olive oil, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, fresh sage, fresh parsley, garlic, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. The name comes from the fact that she was marinating chicken for a party one day and she didn't know if she wanted to go with an herby mix or a lemony mustard one so she decided to just mash up the two. It produces juicy and delicious chicken and that is coming from someone who is not a big fan of chicken. I'm going to marinate the chicken tenders overnight so they have maximum flavor. This is a great recipe.
